Cavallo Cleaning & Household Services

By booking a session with Cavallo Cleaning & Household Services ("Cavallo Cleaning"), clients agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction for both parties involved.

1. General Agreement

By booking a session with Cavallo Cleaning, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Cavallo Cleaning.

2. Responsibility for Damaged or Misplaced Items

Cavallo Cleaning and its associates are not responsible for any items that may be damaged or misplaced during the course of the cleaning services. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, we vow to attempt to replace, fix, or re-administer efforts to accommodate you if we are notified within three (3) days of the completed service.

3. Liability for Damaged Property or Injury

Cavallo Cleaning and its associates are not responsible for any damage to property or injury of any kind that may occur on the Client's property. This includes, but is not limited to, accidental damage to furniture, fixtures, and personal items, as well as any injuries sustained by individuals present on the property during the cleaning session.

4. Licensing of Associates

Associates of Cavallo Cleaning may or may not be licensed in the state where the service is performed. By booking a session, the Client acknowledges and accepts this condition.

5. Injury to Our Team

Any injury to our team members caused by the Client's home, pets, or any negligence on the part of the Client is subject to further action. This includes, but is not limited to, medical expenses, legal action, and other remedies available under applicable law.

6. Notification and Resolution

If the Client is not satisfied with the completed service, they must notify Cavallo Cleaning within three (3) days of the cleaning session. Cavallo Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the situation, which may include re-performing the service or providing a suitable alternative solution.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cavallo Cleaning, its associates, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the performance of the cleaning services.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is performed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session with Cavallo Cleaning, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
